Job Description

A Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our marketing campaigns and creative initiatives. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can coordinate various marketing activities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth communication across teams to bring our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

• Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials and content

• Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines

• Track campaign performance and compile reports for analysis

• Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams

• Support event planning, social outreach, and promotional initiatives

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

• Help manage brand consistency across all marketing outputs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
