Job Description

The Leadership Development Associate plays a key role in shaping the future leaders of our organization. This position focuses on identifying potential talent, supporting the growth of new managers, and implementing leadership training programs. You will help build a high-performance culture by coaching individuals and strengthening leadership capabilities across the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs

• Collaborate with department heads to assess leadership needs

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders

• Track progress of leadership trainees and report outcomes

• Coordinate leadership workshops, seminars, and team-building activities

• Support the creation of evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in training, talent development, or a similar role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to lead and inspire individuals and teams

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
