Job Description

An Event Coordinator is the creative and logistical force behind successful brand experiences. At Style Netbox, the Event Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing impactful events that align with client goals and elevate brand identity. From concept to completion, this role ensures each event runs smoothly, creatively, and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of promotional, corporate, and branded events

• Develop event timelines, vendor relationships, and production schedules

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding

• Secure venues, permits, and contracts within budget and deadlines

• Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Track event performance metrics and provide post-event reports

• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site registration processes

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or project management

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Creativity and attention to detail

• Ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic event software

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (preferred)
