Job Description:
A Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales and marketing teams. The BDR is often the first point of contact for prospective clients and is instrumental in driving company growth through lead generation and outreach.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior sales representatives

  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach with current campaigns

  • Report weekly on outreach activity and results


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
