Position: Marketing Assistant

Job Description:
A Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in implementing strategies, conducting research, and coordinating campaigns to strengthen a company's market presence. This role is key in maintaining smooth operations in marketing tasks and ensuring timely execution of promotional activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competition

• Create and maintain content for digital platforms, including email newsletters and social media

• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional items

• Help organize events, trade shows, and product launches

• Track campaign performance and prepare reports

• Manage and update customer databases and CRM tools

• Support the team with administrative tasks related to marketing projects

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design or email tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
