About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of daily business activities. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling a wide range of tasks, and has a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments

• Handle incoming emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of executives

• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries

• Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed

• Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested

• Maintain organization of digital and physical files

• Support day-to-day office operations and communicate with internal departments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
