About the Role:
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in driving the alignment between our marketing initiatives and sales goals. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing and sales campaigns from planning to execution

• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment

• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities

• Support the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and proposals

• Manage lead generation and tracking systems

• Organize client meetings, sales events, and brand activations

• Assist in updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales reports

• Conduct market research to support campaign strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or coordination role preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Team player with a creative mindset and attention to detail
