Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

About the Role:
The Advertising Coordinator plays a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across various platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about advertising, media, and helping brands grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of advertising strategies and campaigns

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of ads

• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to assess effectiveness

• Maintain media calendars and deadlines

• Manage advertising budgets and track spending

• Ensure all creative content adheres to brand guidelines and client expectations

• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and creative input

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Familiarity with digital and traditional advertising channels

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
