Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

About the Role:
As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing high-impact events for our clients. From concept to completion, you will ensure every detail is handled with precision, creativity, and professionalism to deliver unforgettable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics for promotional, corporate, and branding events

• Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships

• Communicate with clients to understand event goals and ensure satisfaction

• Supervise event setup, on-site activities, and breakdown

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure event success

• Track post-event feedback and performance metrics

• Troubleshoot issues and provide creative solutions in real-time during events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred

• 1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination (internship experience accepted)

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event planning tools is a plus
