About the Role:
The Advertising Coordinator plays a crucial role in the execution of creative advertising campaigns. This position supports the marketing team by helping to plan, implement, and track advertising initiatives across multiple platforms. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about branding and media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the production and placement of advertisements across digital, print, and broadcast channels

• Monitor advertising schedules and ensure deadlines are met

• Assist in developing advertising content and materials

• Track campaign performance metrics and compile reports

• Communicate with vendors, media outlets, and creative teams

• Ensure brand consistency across all advertising platforms

• Manage budgets and assist with invoice processing

• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

• 1+ year of experience in advertising or marketing preferred (internships count)

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
