Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Compensation: $22 – $29 per hour

About the Role:
As a Marketing Agent at Style Netbox, you will be on the front lines of developing and implementing marketing strategies that reflect our clients' unique brand visions. You’ll work with a team of creatives and strategists to bring ideas to life and connect audiences with brands in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

• Develop content and promotional materials that align with client branding.

• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, offering suggestions for improvement.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.

• Support social media efforts including content creation, scheduling, and analytics reporting.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative marketing ideas.

• Stay current with marketing trends and competitor activity to ensure fresh, effective strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Entry-level experience in marketing, advertising, or customer engagement preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the industry.
