Schedule: 20–25 hours per week (weekday and/or weekend availability required)

Position Overview

We are seeking certified Personal Trainers to join our Flexologist team. In this role, you will guide clients through assisted stretching sessions, coach them on proper movement and mobility, and provide an exceptional recovery-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 25- and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions

• Coach clients on mobility, posture, muscle activation, and recovery habits

• Build strong rapport and encourage long-term client commitment

• Maintain a clean and professional studio environment

• Support studio culture, teamwork, and growth goals

• Participate in trainings, meetings, and occasional community events

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (required) — NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or similar

• Background in human movement, anatomy, or corrective exercise

• Passion for helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance performance

• Personable, professional, and confident working 1-on-1 with all body types and ages

• Strong communication and customer service skills
