The role of Area Sales Manager will focus on driving exceptional sales and service across multiple studios. This is the perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to lead amazing team members and interact with clients as well as community partners on a daily basis to build a strong brand and community!

POSITION:

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving top tier performance of studios compared to the national brand average of various KPI's.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong sales & leadership experience
  • Positive attitude and affinity to help others achieve goals
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
  • Clear oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (in person and by phone)
  • Solution-based and results oriented with a competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, neat and organized

  • Functional computer skills -- POS / Booking software (i.e. Club Ready); Google Sheets / Docs

*This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.

DUTIES:

  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking
  • Drive and retain retail and membership sales
  • Supervise Sales Representatives and manage staff schedule
  • Collect out-standing dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email
  • Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
  • Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Support Owner in team and business development
  • Other duties as assigned
