What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and technicians
• Build trust by recommending needed services and maintenance
• Schedule appointments and clearly document vehicle concerns
• Communicate updates and resolve questions professionally
• Keep service records accurate and organized

What You’ll Bring:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow process and work Saturdays
• Basic computer skills and mechanical understanding
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
