Responsibilities:

• Point of contact between our customers and technicians.
• Provide excellent customer care and service.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Advise customers on the care of their vehicle.
• Document customer vehicle needs.
• Obtain customer history and vehicle data.  
• Handle and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain customer records.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• HS Diploma
• Positive Attitude
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to Follow Instructions
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Mechanical Skills & Understanding
• Basic Computer Skills
