Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair a wide range of used vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and reconditioning to dealership standards
• Identify mechanical and safety issues accurately and efficiently
• Complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle status, recommended repairs, and timelines
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an automotive technician/mechanic (used car experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to consent to a background check and motor vehicle driving screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset

Safety & Compliance

• Consistently uses proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Adheres to all shop safety standards and procedures
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment
