Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally at their vehicle to begin the service experience

  • Install protective floor mats and seat covers to ensure vehicle cleanliness and care

  • Accurately gather and input customer and vehicle information using Wi-Advisor or dealership software

  • Conduct a detailed walk-around inspection with the customer, noting any visible concerns

  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and document service needs clearly in the CRM

  • Review and recommend scheduled maintenance services based on vehicle history and manufacturer guidelines

  • Clearly explain the benefits of the complimentary multi-point inspection and what it includes

  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure customer concerns are properly diagnosed

  • Provide accurate estimates for recommended services and obtain customer approvals

  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status, additional findings, or delays

  • Handle service follow-ups, including post-service check-ins to ensure satisfaction

  • Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary components

  • Process repair orders, warranty claims, and payment transactions efficiently and accurately

  • Maintain an organized and clean service write-up area

  • Uphold dealership standards for customer service, professionalism, and compliance


  • Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License

  • 2+ years of experience in a Service Advisor role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
