Internet Sales Manager

This is a full-time position starting at $20 an hour plus commission, and average earnings EXCEED $60,000 ANNUALLY. Daily Responsibilities:

• Coach agents on standard methodologies for answering internet leads and provide mentorship to improve communication skills.
• Adhere to sales goals, track progress, and lead a team to exceed industry standard quotas.
• Evaluate lead source performance.
• Implement work plans that optimize agent performance.
• Management meeting presentation and daily team meetings.
• Creating monthly outbound call campaigns with the Sales Team and our Advertising Agency.
• Continually develop and improve dealership processes with the belief there is no best only better.

Requirements:

• Advanced Computer Skills.
• Basic Automotive Knowledge.
• Some College Experience (preferably a 4-year degree).
• High Level of Communication Skills.
