Do you enjoy staying organized, working with vehicles, and keeping operations running smoothly? Steven Ford is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to help manage vehicle inventory and support our growing dealership operations.

You'll play an important role in ensuring our inventory is properly tracked, organized, and ready for the teams and customers who depend on it.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records, including VINs, stock numbers, vehicle details, and inventory status.

• Track vehicle arrivals, departures, transfers, and movement throughout dealership operations.

• Verify vehicle information and promptly correct inventory discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Detailing to help keep vehicles accounted for and ready for the next step.

• Assist with locating vehicles and maintaining an organized inventory process.

• Monitor vehicle status and communicate updates to the appropriate team members.

• Maintain accurate inventory documentation, vehicle records, and related information in dealership systems.

• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation.

• Help ensure vehicles are properly tracked from arrival through preparation and availability for sale.

• Take ownership of inventory accuracy and help identify opportunities to improve daily processes.

• Previous automotive, dealership, inventory, or administrative experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

$16–$19 Per Hour Based on Experience
