Blackstone Toyota of Fresno is looking for a full-time Service Cashier to join our busy Automotive Service Center team! If you have a passion for providing top-notch customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow your skills, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary:

As a Service Cashier, you’ll be the friendly face customers see at the end of their service experience. Your primary responsibilities will include handling cash, credit, and check transactions, assisting with inbound and outbound phone calls, and supporting the Service Advisors with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, upbeat attitude

• Handle customer payments (cash, credit, and checks) accurately and efficiently

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls as needed

• Complete daily cashiering and administrative tasks

• Assist the Service Team with general office duties

• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station

• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members

• Eagerly learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and punctual with a great attitude

• Comfortable working with computers and point-of-sale systems

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred

• Must be able to work a full-time schedule

• Open availability Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• We operate on a 4/10 schedule (four 10-hour days), with some weekends off
