About the Role

As an Entry-Level Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. This is a customer-facing role that requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

You will assist customers throughout the service process—from arrival to vehicle delivery—while working closely with experienced advisors, technicians, and management. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in automotive service and grow into a full Service Advisor position.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and create a welcoming first impression in the service drive

  • Assist with customer check-in and gather vehicle and service information

  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues

  • Help explain basic services, timelines, and next steps to customers

  • Support Service Advisors in writing and reviewing repair orders

  • Communicate with technicians and parts department to track vehicle progress

  • Provide updates to customers under the guidance of senior advisors

  • Maintain organized and accurate service records

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Uphold dealership policies, procedures, and customer service standards

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills

  • Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required

  • Valid driver’s license required

Compensation

$40,000 – $60,000 annually based on performance

  • Entry-level pay structure with growth into commission-based earnings

  • Training and development provided to increase earning potential

Schedule

  • Day shift

  • 5-day work week

  • Weekend availability may be required based on service department needs
