SALES- Our company provides a paid orientation/sales training program for all new consultants. In classroom and dealership settings, our top Sales Consultants and Managers teach about Sterling Automotive and our sales process. This program is also offered as a refresher course to current Consultants as continued education and training.

SERVICE- Sterling Automotive offers paid training and covers expenses for our Automotive Technicians to obtain their brand certifications. Training expenses include travel and lodging for off-site classes and testing. In addition, all Technician Apprentices receive on-the-job training by multiple certified technicians, to create a balanced, superior knowledge of automotive repair.
