Job Description
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will help plan and facilitate engaging, meaningful, and creative activities for our residents in both assisted living and memory care. From fitness and music to themed events, brain games, and crafts, you’ll help make each day fun and fulfilling.
This role includes serving as a backup driver for resident outings and appointments. A clean motor vehicle record is required.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly activity programs

Lead and support creative activities such as games, crafts, fitness, music, storytelling, and themed events

Bring fresh ideas to keep programs fun, inclusive, and engaging

Encourage resident participation and support their involvement

Track and report attendance, mood, and feedback from residents

Collaborate with residents and families to customize activities

Serve as a backup driver for outings, trips, and transportation as needed
Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing, and creative personality with a love for working with seniors

Dependable, responsible, and a strong self-starter

Comfortable lifting/moving 50+ pounds (tables, chairs, supplies)

Valid Food Handlers Permit (or willing to obtain)

Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and ability to drive a community vehicle

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
