Executive Director

Stellar Senior Living is hiring an Executive Director for our Broadway Proper community in Tucson, Arizona. We need a leader who thrives on the energy of a strong team and a high-end community.

What You'll Own

Build the Team: You'll recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing community team from the ground up. You lead by example — setting the tone for culture, accountability, and care from day one.

Build Occupancy: Drive lease-up strategy and execution. You have a track record of reaching stabilized occupancy on time and on budget — and you know how to do it through marketing, relationships, and exceptional resident experience.

Build EBITDAR: You own the business. That means full P&L accountability, operational excellence across all departments, and fiscal discipline that keeps the community healthy in the long term.

Build Culture: Foster an environment rooted in Stellar's values — care, compassion, and excellence. Residents, families, and team members should feel it the moment they walk through the door.

Build Relationships: Connect with the greater Tucson community, referral partners, and industry peers. You understand that occupancy is built on trust, and trust is built one relationship at a time.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading senior living, mainly assisted living, with 200+ units.
• Full operational command — from healthcare and compliance to customer service and finance
• A track record of results: occupancy goals met, budgets managed, teams retained
• Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (required)
• Bachelor's degree (required); Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration (preferred)
• The instincts of a leader who builds — not just maintains

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + Bonus Potential: Up to $40,000
