Job Description

Our Care Coordinators work closely with the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director to plan resident care. You will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include overseeing health care administration and staff management, and ensuring staff members follow health care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, lead, and mentor CNAs and Caregivers
• Ensure the team complies with regulations governing resident care
• Create schedules and approve timecards

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living
• Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years
• Scheduling experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
