Your Role:
In the heart of our mission, our RNs play a vital role in overseeing and delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. The Stellar way is characterized by compassion, professionalism, clinical excellence, and respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents. Your duties will include:
- Provide Direct and Supervisory Nursing Care in Accordance with Care Plans and Physician Orders
- Administer Medications and Treatments Safely and Accurately
- Perform Comprehensive Assessments and Develop/Update Care Plans
- Monitor Resident Conditions and Respond to Changes with Clinical Judgment
- Supervise, Guide, and Support LPNs and CNAs to Ensure Quality Care Delivery
- Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation in Compliance with Regulations
- Communicate Effectively with Physicians, Families, and Interdisciplinary Team Members
- Ensure Compliance with All State, Federal, and Company Policies and Procedures
Qualifications:
- Current RN License in Good Standing
- Strong Clinical, Critical Thinking, and Assessment Skills
- Previous Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Experience Preferred
- Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
- Leadership Skills with a Supportive and Collaborative Approach
- A Genuine Love for Seniors and Commitment to Quality Care
