Occupational Therapist Registered

Description of the role:

The Occupational Therapist Registered will be responsible for providing occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and interventions to patients according to the individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify patients' functional abilities and limitations
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluations and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Implement occupational therapy interventions to maximize patients' independence and quality of life
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on safe and effective use of adaptive equipment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of relevant occupational therapy practices and techniques
