Job Summary:
The Hotel Housekeeper at Staybridge Suites Omaha West will be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our guests. This role requires attention to detail, time management skills, and a positive attitude. The Housekeeper will work as an individual contributor and report directly to the Housekeeping Manager.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position with weekends required and includes a competitive wage range of $15 to $17 per hour, paid biweekly. Our employees also enjoy benefits such as paid time off after one year of employment, and discounts on hotel stays at our brand and affiliate properties.  

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities.
- Clean and sanitize common areas of the hotel, including hallways, lobby, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Follow established safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for in-room amenities and services.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to guest privacy.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time frame.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check.
