We're looking for a Lincoln/Ford Warranty Administrator to join our service team and help ensure accurate, timely processing of warranty submissions.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately prepare, submit, and track all Ford warranty claims.

• Review repair orders for proper documentation and compliance with Ford policies.

• Maintain strong working knowledge of Ford warranty guidelines and updates.

• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and Ford corporate reps.

• Reconcile and track payments, handle claim re-submissions or appeals when necessary.

• Previous Ford warranty admin experience
