We seek highly skilled and motivated certified CJDR technicians to join our team at Stateline CJDR in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Our service department is growing at an exponential rate; we currently generate 1,750 repair orders on average per month. We have a well seasoned team of service advisors that are pushing to be the best performing store in our market. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CJDR vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet our dealership's high-quality standards. This full-time position offers a base salary plus commission, with a pay rate of $25 to $48 per hour with increases based on performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $25 to $48 per hour (paid semi-monthly)
Performance based Increase: 100 hours turned = $2.50 increase - 120 hours turned = additional $2.50 increase

Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
- Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements:
- Must have ASE Master Certification or CJDR equivalent training (Level 2 & 3)
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Fast learner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Team player
- Computer literate
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver’s license
