Position Details

Job Title: Finance Manager F&I Sales
Location: Gainesville, TX - In person
Job Type: Full time


 

What You Will Do

  • Drive profitability by presenting and selling finance and protection products

  • Execute and uphold a consistent and structured sales process

  • Present all products to every customer using a menu system

  • Stay current on manufacturer incentives and promotions

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all finance documentation

  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process

  • Track deal funding and maintain organized reporting

  • Collaborate with sales and department managers to improve operations

  • Manage finance expenses and minimize chargebacks

  • Contribute ideas for marketing and promotional initiatives

  • Handle all financing, titling, and documentation related to unit sales


 

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions

  • Self motivated with a team first mindset

  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial structures

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Strong closing skills and confidence in one on one interactions

  • Prior dealership F&I experience is a plus but not required

  • Understanding of performance based compensation is highly recommended

Schedule

    • 8 hour shifts Monday through Saturday

    • One weekday off with Saturdays required

    • Occasional extended hours to finalize deals

    • Closed on Sundays
