STARLING Ford is hiring an experienced Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford Super Duty and Power Stroke vehicles. We offer a steady workload, modern equipment, factory training, fleet customers and a clear path toward Senior Master Technician or shop leadership roles.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics: Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, and performance issues using Ford factory tools.
- Repairs: Perform engine, transmission, fuel, and emissions repairs on Power Stroke diesel vehicles.
- Accuracy: Complete both warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Partner with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure a great customer experience.
✅ What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Strong background in diesel repair, specifically Ford Power Stroke, Super Duty, and F-Series trucks.
- Skills: Excellent diagnostic abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Certifications: Ford certifications are a major plus, but real-world experience is highly valued.
- Requirements: Must pass standard dealership hiring requirements, including background and drug screenings.
