- Review and process warranty claims submitted by service departments.
- Verify the validity of claims against warranty policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions in the system.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends or areas for improvement in product quality.
- Prepare reports on warranty claims and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and regulations related to warranties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in warranty administration or customer service is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with automotive or product warranties is an advantage.
