Now Hiring: Reconditioning / Detailing Technician

Location: Stanley Chevrolet – Belfast, Maine

Job Type: Full-Time

Stanley Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reconditioning / Detailing Technician. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our vehicles look their absolute best — both for our customers and for our dealership’s lot presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail new and pre-owned vehicles (interior and exterior)

• Perform full vehicle reconditioning including vacuuming, shampooing, buffing, and waxing

• Clean and detail engine bays when required

• Apply protective coatings, dressings, and finishing treatments

• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Stanley Chevrolet quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Assist with lot organization and vehicle transport as needed

• Work closely with sales, service, and recon teams to prioritize vehicles

What We’re Looking For

• Prior detailing experience preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
