Receptionist /Sales Assistant

Stamford Hyundai has an opening for a Receptionist / Sales Assistant.

The Receptionist/Sales Assistant position is entry-level with opportunity to advance in Sales, Accounting, or Service.

The Receptionist/Sales Assistant will:

• Receive cash, checks and credit card deposit from customers; document, and provide receipts
• Input inventory information to computer systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Answer and distribute incoming sales calls per procedure
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

The Receptionist/Sales Assistant needs:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Experience with DealerTrack,a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Professional personal appearance
