As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction. This position can also assist the front desk/guest services when business volume demands

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Coordinate housekeeping schedules

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Hotel Management (preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in housekeeping, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks
  • Ability to work flexible hours
