Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in automotive warranty administration? Springfield Ford is looking for a motivated and dependable Ford Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department team!

We are seeking a professional who takes pride in accuracy, understands dealership warranty processes, and can help ensure warranty claims are submitted correctly and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, submit, and track Ford warranty claims in accordance with Ford Motor Company policies and procedures.

  • Verify repair orders, technician stories, labor operations, parts, causal parts, and supporting documentation for accuracy.

  • Review warranty repair orders for completeness, proper coding, and compliance before claim submission.

  • Monitor outstanding, rejected, returned, and unpaid warranty claims and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

  • Process warranty adjustments, corrections, resubmissions, and chargebacks as needed.

  • Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

  • Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Department personnel, and Service Management to resolve warranty issues.

  • Review warranty policies, bulletins, and program updates to ensure compliance with Ford requirements.

  • Assist with warranty audits and identify opportunities to improve claim accuracy and reduce chargebacks.

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect customer and dealership information.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership warranty administration experience preferred.

  • Ford warranty experience and familiarity with Ford warranty claim procedures strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of dealership repair orders, labor operations, parts, and service department processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

  • A team-oriented attitude and commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
