Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Replace linens, make beds, and restock amenities.
• Ensure all cleaning and maintenance equipment are used properly and maintained.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent guest service through a friendly and professional attitude.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
