Job Description

Help reinforce the SouthWest brand and culture, exuding a positive attitude and high energy

Motivate and Support a high-performance collision team to promote the continued growth of SouthWest Automotive Group.

Support the day-to-day operations of the collision team, providing guidance and support in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Two or more years of Estimator experience
• Valid Driver’s License, clean background check and driving record
• Basic computer software and internet proficiency
• Enthusiasm for the Automotive Dealership industry with a focus on customer service
• Must pass a drug screening test
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Professional Appearance and Demeanor
