New Vehicle Technology Specialist - Large Dealership

Southgate Ford is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused New Vehicle Technology Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers who purchase or lease a new car/truck/SUV understand the technology and features within their vehicle, including:
  • Explain and assist with technology features such as SYNC infotainment systems, navigation, voice command, smartphone integration (Apple CarPlay/Android Auto), FordPass app setup, and over-the-air software updates;
  • Complete feature demonstrations of Ford vehicle technology to customers during the vehicle delivery
• Staying up-to-date with Ford’s latest tech updates, especially new features in vehicles and advanced driver-assist systems like Ford BlueCruise;
• Driving & parking new vehicles for display purposes & to ensure lot is full;
• Assisting the New Vehicle Managers and Sales Staff with various tasks around the new vehicle department.

The ideal applicant will:

• Be comfortable explaining complex features in simple, easy-to-understand terms;
• Focused on providing an exceptional customer service experience;
• Arrive and leave on time every day;
• Have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record;
• Possess a strong interest in Ford products and emerging vehicle technology;
• Be able to pass a drug screen.
