Southgate Ford is seeking applications for an Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous dealership Office Management experience (Ford experience a plus);
- Accounting background;
- Proficient in vehicle sales paperwork and Secretary of State rules;
- Detail oriented and highly organized;
- Understanding of the CVR system;
- Experience training and monitoring staff;
- Ability to manage a team;
- Ability to support Management and prepare schedules as needed.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and completing all day-to-day dealership accounting activity, including: payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control and billing;
- Supervising, managing and training office staff;
- Completing government filings;
- Overseeing month-end closing and financial statement preparation;
- Analysis of general ledger accounts and schedules.
