Southgate Ford is seeking applications for an Office Manager.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Previous dealership Office Management experience (Ford experience a plus);
  • Accounting background;
  • Proficient in vehicle sales paperwork and Secretary of State rules;
  • Detail oriented and highly organized;
  • Understanding of the CVR system;
  • Experience training and monitoring staff;
  • Ability to manage a team;
  • Ability to support Management and prepare schedules as needed.

 

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and completing all day-to-day dealership accounting activity, including: payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control and billing;
  • Supervising, managing and training office staff;
  • Completing government filings;
  • Overseeing month-end closing and financial statement preparation;
  • Analysis of general ledger accounts and schedules.
