New Vehicle Sales Consultant - Large Ford Dealership

Southgate Ford is now accepting applications for New Vehicle Sales Personnel!

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Previous dealership sales experience preferred (Ford/Lincoln experience a plus!);
• Detail oriented and punctual;
• Self-motivated and team oriented;
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customer’s upon arriving at the dealership;
• Answering customer questions regarding lease & purchasing options;
• Working with customers to find them the vehicle they are looking for;
• Analyzing available rebates for customer/deal compatibility;
• Delivering vehicle payments & options to customers;
• Negotiate car prices, payments and trade-in values;
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Ensure that the dealership & Manufacturer policies & procedures are followed;
• Overcoming objections;
• Following up with customers & following through on commitments.

Compensation: Compensation is commission based.
