Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and assess customer needs to recommend the right vehicle options
• Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain vehicle features
• Negotiate pricing and financing options
• Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to build lasting relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Complete all paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership policies

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed in a commission-based role
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
