Southern Companions is a family-owned and operated home care company committed to providing exceptional care to elderly, disabled, and post-operative clients. We are licensed to serve 26 counties throughout Georgia, providing personalized, one-on-one care that allows our caregivers to build meaningful relationships with their clients.

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic In-Home Caregivers to join our growing team.

We value our caregivers and recognize the important role they play in our clients' lives. We believe in creating a supportive work environment where our employees feel appreciated, respected, and encouraged to grow professionally.

While we prefer candidates with at least two years of caregiving experience or CNA certification, we provide extensive training to help our caregivers feel confident and prepared for success.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing quality care.

• Valid TB test.

• Current in-person CPR and First Aid certification.

• Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude.

• Strong communication skills, particularly when working with elderly clients and individuals with special needs.

• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and home environments.

• Respect for client privacy and strict confidentiality.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

• Previous caregiving experience or CNA certification preferred.

Compensation & Employee Benefits

• Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour.

• Live-In Caregiver Pay: $200.00 per day.

• Weekly Pay: Every Friday.

• Paid Orientation: Orientation compensation paid after 30 days of service.
