We are seeking to hire an experienced, detail oriented, and dependable Automotive Accounting Office Manager to join our team. This is a full time position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Controller with daily and monthly tasks

  • Provide support to Accounting team as needed inclusive of training

  • Work with Accounting team to ensure completion of tasks

  • Weekly schedule reconciliation

  • Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and to safeguard dealership assets

Qualifications

  • At least two years automotive experience.

  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Month end schedule flexibility.
