Are you a morning person who loves great coffee, friendly faces, and creating a positive experience for Guests? We’re looking for a fun, friendly, energetic, and outgoing Barista to join our team at The Hollow, the beautiful new coffee shop located in the lobby of the new Hyatt House and JDV by Hyatt The Mindaro.

As an Coffee Barista, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our Guests see each morning. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere while preparing delicious coffee, breakfast items, and providing warm, efficient service.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve Stumptown Coffee espresso drinks, drip coffee, and other beverages
• Prepare and serve breakfast foods and grab-and-go items
• Greet Guests, take orders, and provide friendly, upbeat service
• Accurately enter orders and operate the POS system
• Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly
• Keep The Hollow clean, organized, and welcoming
• Stock coffee, food, supplies, and other products throughout the shift
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced morning environment
• Work closely with the hotel team to create a great Guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Fun, friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing during busy periods
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Early-morning availability is required
