Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at our exciting new Hyatt House property near Portland International Airport!

As our Night Auditor, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional service to our Guests. If you enjoy working independently while creating a welcoming and comfortable environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Welcome Guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout the overnight shift.
• Complete Guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payment transactions.
• Perform nightly audits, balance accounts, and verify daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel management.
• Respond to Guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the hotel during overnight hours and follow established safety and security procedures.
• Communicate important Guest and operational information to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

What We're Looking For

• A strong commitment to hospitality and exceptional Guest service.
• Excellent attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating systems.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous hotel, front desk, or night audit experience is preferred but not required.
• A valid Driver's License and clean MVR (last 3 years) required.
