We're looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Hotel Team Member to join our Sojourn Suites family! This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workday, splitting their time between the Front Desk, Cleaning Public Spaces, and Laundry operations.
About Sojourn Suites
Sojourn Suites is on the cusp of an exciting transformation! While our hotel may be a bit dated right now, we're about to embark on a major renovation over the next year, emerging as a brand-new Hyatt branded hotel. We're searching for a dedicated individual to grow with us through this incredible journey, helping us maintain our guest experience during the transition and contributing to our future success as a Hyatt property.
What You'll Do
As a Hotel Team Member, your responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic:
Front Desk

Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and friendly arrival experience.

Manage reservations, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

Handle guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism and a smile.

Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
Cleaning Public Spaces

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces.

Ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests.

Proactively address any spills or messes, keeping the hotel looking its best at all times.
Laundry

Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and other hotel textiles.

Sort and organize laundry, ensuring a consistent supply for guest rooms and other operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the laundry area.
