Smithers Toyota is an established Toyota dealership in the Bulkley Valley with a nine-bay service operation and supportive ownership. We are looking for a leader who can strengthen performance, coach a team, and build a high-quality service experience for our customers.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager—or a strong Assistant Service Manager from a larger dealership who is ready to lead their own department. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership support and the chance to improve results in a well-positioned store.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coach service advisors, technicians, and daily shop operations
• Drive improvements in labour sales, technician productivity, effective labour rate, and service gross profit
• Strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, repair-order follow-up, and shop workflow
• Manage departmental budgets, expenses, safety, performance reporting, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Proven Service Manager experience, or substantial Assistant Service Manager experience at a larger franchised dealership
• Demonstrated financial and operational leadership, coaching ability, and strong customer-service skills
• Toyota or Lexus experience is an asset but not required—candidates from other automotive franchises are welcome
• Ability and willingness to relocate to Smithers, BC

Compensation & Benefits
Target annual total compensation: $110,000 – $150,000, made up of base salary plus performance-based incentives (depending on qualifications and results).

Performance bonuses are additional and subject to plan terms. Relocation assistance is available by agreement.
