Responsibilities:

• Efficiently perform work specified on repair orders, adhering to dealership standards.
• Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers about any additional services needed and provide estimates for extra repair time.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced certifications may qualify for signing bonuses.
• Must have B-level qualifications, including expertise in Diagnostics, Electrical Systems, and Engine Repair.
• Demonstrated dexterity, steady hand, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer literacy.
• Positive and friendly attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and improve.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
